Last May 25 and thanks to the invitation of Drs Diego Escobar and Carlos Andrés Machado, Gmi Colombia supported the students of the 2nd semester of the Implantology postgraduate course of the Global Education Holding, an institution located in Bogotá and endorsed by Miguel de Cervantes European University.

During this practice, the postgraduate residents were able to learn about the product portfolio and its drilling sequence to culminate with the placement of Frontier and Avantgard implants on models.

Since last Thursday, May 23 and during the weekend, Dr. Luz Aida Rivera, Manager of Gmi Colombia, toured the city of Barranquilla, Colombia, as part of Gmi Dental's commitment to the country's dentists. 

Thus, Gmi Colombia was present during the "Seminar on Peri-implant Plastic Surgery and Disease" dictated by Drs Iván Herrera and Rodrigo Peláez. 

During the commercial exhibition of this event, we had the opportunity to present the brand's new products to the attendees.  In addition, we were able to visit and listen to the concerns of our customers in this city and participate in surgical sessions to learn their impressions about our products. 

With each visit to the different cities of Colombia, Gmi confirms its commitment to bringing the best of implantology around the country.

Last May 24th we were at the European University of Valencia with the 1st year students of the master's degree in Oral Implantology.

After a presentation of the GMI system, the master's students practiced sinus lifts and oral implant placements following the protocols dictated by Professor Pedro Mazón.

Thanks to the European University for its collaboration and for the great interest and involvement of the students!

Last May 9, we were in the Aula Magna of the CEU UCH University Dental Clinic in Valencia where 4th and 5th year dentistry students were able to attend the course "Introduction to implant prosthetics: from analog to digital" carried out by Dr. Juan de Dios Teruel, course framed within the subjects Prosthetics IV, Gerondontology and FP taught by Dr. Marta B. Cabo, Dr. Beatriz Medina and Dr. Cristina Ribes.

- In March GMI India organized a workshop conducted by Dr. Arun Kumar V at the Sree Mookambika Institute of Dental Sciences in Tamil Nadu with 60 participants.

- In April GMI India participated in Dr. Komal Majumdar's Implant Course in Chandigarh with 25 participants.

- Yesterday, May 5, they held the Digital Guided Surgery Workshop with Dr. Suresh Ludhwani in Ahmedabad with 25 participants.

On the 18th and 19th, the annual GMI Spain sales meeting took place at our factory in Lleida.
The meeting began with a summary of the year carried out by our commercial director Santi Llata, followed by a factory visit and a talk about biomaterials with Domènec Huguet and about new products with Pablo Fernández, our new Cameo intraoral scanner also had its moment. The day culminated with a dinner at the Celler del Roser restaurant in Lleida.
The 19th began with the presentation of our CEO José Luis Manglano and continued with special training carried out by Felipe García, motivational coach and speaker on customer experience.
To end the day, an Escape room was held as a Team Building activity organized by the company Escapa-t of Lleida, where the participants who became detectives had to solve a crime in 60 minutes.
