Modular course in Murcia sponsored by GMI

Last Saturday, April 22, the second course sponsored by GMI took place in the IV edition of the MODULAR COURSE OF ADVANCED ORAL SURGERY AND IMPLANTOLOGY organized by the Illustrious Official College of Dentists and Stomatologists of Murcia.
On this occasion we have the presence of Dr. Juan de Dios Teruel Fernández, who shared his knowledge with the talk "Prosthesis: materials and gingival conformation in supported dentures and implants".
The 4-hour course had a small practical workshop where the students were able to manipulate different GMI prosthetic solutions (multiesthetic abutments, bioesthetic bases, healing abutments, titanium bases, and analog and digital impression coping).
The course was a success with great interest in the different GMI implants, especially the PEAK implants and the different prosthetic solutions that Dr. Juan de Dios brilliantly explained to them.
 

 

 
 

 

SEMO-SEDAO 23' congress in Murcia

Last weekend the SEMO-SEDAO 23' International Congress took place in Murcia.
A congress of two societies, that of materials and that of orofacial harmonization, totally booming and that will increasingly be present in the day-to-day of the dental clinic given the evolution that the market is having towards the aesthetics sought by the patient.
The congress was a success, with a great reception by the attendees who were able to learn and enjoy the interventions of the highest level speakers, highlighting the outstanding presentation "Get your patient's YES" by Mr. Domènec Huguet (Sales Director International of GMI), which taught attendees how to sell aesthetic treatments at the dental clinic.
 

 

 
 

 

Introduction to implant prosthetics course at the University of Valencia

On March 30, the GMI course "Introduction to implant prosthetics: from analog to digital" took place in the Aula Magna of the CEU UCH University Dental Clinic in Valencia for 4th and 5th year dentistry students of the Prosthesis IV, Gerontology and FP subjects taught by Dr. Marta B. Cabo, Dr. Beatriz Medina and Dr. Cristina Ribes.

GMI as a collaborator in the Hard/soft Tissue course of Dr. Uequin

On March 23 and 24, the course "Hard/Soft Tissue grafting" by Dr. Uequin and Dr. Mora was held in Miami with the collaboration of GMI.
It was an intensive meeting with the theoretical analysis of each technique and with practice on models.
 
 

 

Study Club by GMI France

GMI France organized a Study Club on the management of implant failures on March 23, with the participation of doctors Gaillard, Baufle and Cogne.
The next Study Club is planned for June with the theme "Tips and Tricks in Implantology".

GMI Dental Implantology S.L. collaborates in the research project "Development of new surfaces for dental implant abutments, which ensure gingival sealing (SUPERGIN)", within the State Program to promote Scientific-Technical Research and its Transfer, of the Ministry of Science and Innovation. The project is carried out together with the University of Pais Vasco (UPV/EHU) and the Jaume I University of Castellon (UJI).

The publication is part of the project CPP2021-008492 financed by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union "NextGenerationEU"/PRTR.
