
This Monday 15th, the 1st Business Tournament was held at the Golf Costa Daurada in Tarragona, an event with outstanding participation and a great sporting atmosphere.
As expected, GMI was present, once again reaffirming its commitment to sport and its support for these types of initiatives.
The tournament was played in teams of four players per company, with a shotgun start and in the two-player individual stableford and one pair fourball stableford categories, bringing together a total of 72 participants.
The team representing GMI was made up of:
- Sergi Bruguera (former professional tennis player, won two Roland Garros, reached world number 3, and won a silver medal at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics).
- Tomás Carbonell (current TV tennis commentator, was Mixed Doubles Champion at Roland Garros in 2001).
Both represented Spain in the Davis Cup on several occasions. - Sergio Alonso

The day took place in an unbeatable atmosphere, with a course in perfect condition, a splendid day of golf, and a closing meal that allowed all attendees to share and celebrate the experience.
