GMI sponsor of the meeting in Gaceta Dental
Focused on discussing four major topics: digital implantology, training, research and the future, and under the general premise of bringing to the table the latest advances in implantology practice, Gaceta Dental brought together with Global Medical Implants (GMI) , sponsor firm of the meeting, to six professionals, protagonists, all of them in their different plots, of the digital leap that the sector has experienced in recent times.
Specifically, Drs. Vicente Ferrer, Juan Carlos Vara, Juan Delgado and Pablo Neira, accompanied by José Luis Manglano (CEO and partner of GMI Dental Implantology) and Santiago Llata (commercial director of GMI in Spain, Portugal and Morocco).

Specialization course in implants - National University of Asunción
On February 17 and 18, module 13/22 of the Specialization in Implantology course took place at the National University of Asunción.
Many more advanced surgeries were performed: bilateral sinus lift with Iceberg·oss filler, guided bone regeneration (GBR), bone crest expansions with implant placement, etc...

Presentation and GMI workshop at the Faculty of Dentistry of Asunción-Paraguay
Last Friday, February 11, 2022, the presentation of the GMI - Global Medical Implants brand was made to the students of the 1st Year of the Implant Specialization course of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of Asunción, Paraguay.
The presentation was given by Dr. Pablo Teixeira, Scientific and Technical Advisor of GMI Paraguay.
Dr. Pablo highlighted the versatility of the Avantgard, Frontier and Phoenix Implants. Also highlighting the attributes of their respective prosthetic connections.
Immediately afterwards, a practical workshop on milling and insertion in inert jaws was carried out so that the students could achieve a better immersion in the teaching-learning process.

Visit of GMI Chile with a group of doctors
Last Monday 29th we had the pleasure of receiving in our factory a group of doctors from Chile accompanied by the team of our subsidiary GMI Chile and its director Fabiola Terraza.
The doctors were able to learn about the entire manufacturing process of our GMI implants and abutments from the raw material to the final packaging.
Also our new Frontier PEAK and Avantgard PEAK implants.
