On October 1st and 2nd, the 3rd edition of the Advanced Theoretical-Practical Course on Vertical Augmentation using Cadavers: “Bone Formwork in Oral Implantology” was held at the Hospital Clínic in Barcelona. GMI collaborated once again, reaffirming its commitment to specialized training and continuing education for oral implantology professionals.
The course was led by Doctors Sergio Rodríguez, Daniel Capitán, and Carles Martí, professionals with extensive experience in oral surgery, bone regeneration, and implantology.
Over two days, participants combined a theoretical session focused on bone regeneration, planning, and bone formwork techniques with a hands-on session on cadavers, where they could directly practice obtaining and processing the bone block, constructing the formwork, and various suturing techniques.
An advanced and eminently practical training that allowed attendees to delve deeper into a bone regeneration technique and transfer the acquired knowledge to their clinical practice.
