GMI DENTAL has implemented every technical and organisational measure necessary to comply with the demands of data protection regulations in force, especially the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. WHAT KINDS OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

2.1. Types of personal data we process

8. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

 This privacy policy is governed in all of its details by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Similarly, it is governed by Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on personal data protection and guaranteeing digital rights. Likewise, our website is governed by Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and e-commerce.

Users of this website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, to which they expressly submit, with all disputes that may arise or may be related to its use to be resolved by the courts of BARCELONA.

DATA OF MINORS. Our company will not collect or process personal data from minors under 18 years of age.

The data processing carried out for the people who follow us on social media (and/or establish any link or connection via social media) on GMI DENTAL's official pages will be governed by this section, as well as the conditions of use, privacy policies and access standards pertaining to the social network in question, which would have been previously accepted by the user.
